Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brands drop uk. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns (14-Day Policy):
You have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. 
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. 

Exchanges (30-Day Policy):
If you need a different size or style, we offer a 30-day exchange period from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. 
To start a return or exchange, you must email our support team at contact@brandsdrop.co.uk with your order number and request. Our team will review your request and provide you with the specific return instructions and the authorized return address.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. 

Please note: Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
